About Wayhold Partners

Wayhold Partners is led by Elise Coonley, a strategy and operations consultant with more than a decade of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, strategic execution, operational improvement, and process mapping and optimization.

Elise has held roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies across telecommunications, retail, technology consulting, and healthcare. Throughout her career, she has led complex programs, built governance and prioritization models, improved operational processes, launched new capabilities, and partnered with executives to turn strategic priorities into measurable results.

She started Wayhold Partners after seeing how often organizations face important initiatives or periods of change without the internal capacity, structure, or experienced leadership needed to move them forward effectively.

Wayhold was created to provide that support through a highly personal, hands-on consulting approach. Rather than simply delivering recommendations, Elise works alongside clients to understand their challenges, build practical solutions, and help carry the work through execution.
